Clinical assignments should be at least Master’s Level behavioral health professionals, preferably with experience in addiction and/or co-occurring disorders. Internships are available.

Licensed Counselor/Therapist

Licensed Counselor/Therapists are LCSW or LPC licensed professionals in good standing with their Louisiana State Boards.  Full, part time and PRN positions are available at all locations.  Expect to travel between locations.  Substance abuse experience is required.


Unlicensed Counselor/Therapist (Master’s Level ONLY)

Must possess a Master’s degree in a counseling-related field. Best suited for candidates working toward independent licensure. Applicants without a Master’s degree should not apply. Full, part time and PRN positions are available at all locations.  Expect to travel between locations.  Substance abuse experience is required.


Billing Coordinator

Full time positions are available in Slidell.  Must have experience with CPT, ICD-9 & ICD-10, and HCPCS codes, CMS-1500 & UB-04 forms, a working knowledge of EHR and billing software.  Must have experience with medical and/or behavioral health billing. CANDIDATES WITHOUT FACILITY OR PROVIDER BILLING EXPERIENCE NEED NOT APPLY.

Billing Coordinators perform various facility billing and collection tasks. Job duties include explaining insurance benefits, including deductibles, co-payments and co-insurances to clients, filing claims to insurance companies both hard-copy and electronic form, create and work financial agreements for clients, collecting and following up on accounts, answering correspondence and appealing claims. Highly motivated, attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills are a requirement.


Front Desk Coordinator

Front Desk Coordinator is an entry level position.  Full and part time positions are available at all  locations.  Expect occasional travel between locations.

Front Desk Coordinators perform a variety of program support tasks.  Job duties include greet and check in clients, create charts, file, collect co-payments, answer telephones, confirm appointments and various other administrative duties. The ability to work with others, multitask and keep calm in busy situations is a requirement.  Front Desk Coordinators are the direct interface between our clients and our clinical staff; they must have strong customer service and communication skills and the ability to organize and prioritize work flow.  Previous medical front desk experience is a plus.


Registered Nurse

Registered Nurses are licensed professionals in good standing with their Louisiana State Boards.  Full, part time and PRN positions are available at all locations.  Must have psychiatric and/or substance abuse experience.


Intake Coordinator

Intake Coordinators perform screenings and set appointments, guiding potential clients from their first contact inquiring about treatment through to successful admission into our facility. Duties include scheduling client appointments, assisting with the admissions process, answering telephone inquires, monitoring the intake progress, and consistent follow-up with potential clients. The ability to work with a variety of healthcare referents, pay close attention to detail, organize and stay on task is a requirement. PREVIOUS INTAKE AND ADMISSIONS EXPERIENCE WITH ADDICTION TREATMENT EMPLOYMENT IS A MUST!
